What you do
- You're the fixed point of contact for entrepreneurs working with the SocialNow OS
- You guide them from day one to their first profitable months
- You scale your team along with the number of businesses on the OS
- You work directly together with our experts in ads, content, web and data

Amsterdam, hybrid. You work directly with Marinus Bergsma and with Sid van Kalken, Head of Web Development.
What you do
- You build and improve agents that work with tools: Odoo, email, calendar and social channels.
- You measure the quality of answers with fixed test sets before anything goes live.
- You keep an eye on cost and speed per model and choose the right model for each task.
- You make sure client data stays within its own workspace.
ApplyWho you are
- At least five years of experience as a software engineer, including two with language models in production.
- Strong in TypeScript and Node.js.
- Experience with tool use, retrieval and evaluation of AI output.
- You deliver work that you have tested yourself.
What you do
- You follow a fixed group of customers and know their business
- You spot opportunities and problems before the customer notices them
- You translate customer feedback into improvements to the OS
ApplyWho you are
- A few years of experience in customer contact, account management or marketing
- You write and speak Dutch and English well
- You get a kick out of someone else's growth
What you do
- You walk new customers through their first steps in the OS
- You connect their channels and set their brand up properly
- You make explainers and videos so the next customer can do it themselves

- You explain technical things simply
- You are patient, precise and friendly
- German or French is a plus
Amsterdam, hybrid and on-site with clients. You work with Michelle Yang, Head of Supply Chain & Operations, and with Steef Komen.
What you do
- You map out customers' processes and set up Odoo accordingly
- You work together with our Odoo implementation partners
- You help build the custom OS
ApplyWho you are
- Experience with Odoo, preferably version 17 or newer
- Knowledge of CRM, sales and invoicing
- You think along like an entrepreneur
What you do
- You have conversations with entrepreneurs using the free OS
- You put together proposals for packages and custom work
- You attend trade fairs and events
ApplyWho you are
- Experience selling software or marketing services
- You sell by listening, not by pushing
- A driver's license is handy
What you do
- You answer questions via chat, email, WhatsApp and phone
- You solve problems or pass them on to the right team member
- You keep the help articles up to date

- You write flawless Dutch and English, a third language is a plus
- You stay calm when it's busy
- Students are welcome too
What you do
- You create posts, reels and ads for customers
- You work with the AI studio and add the human eye
- You film and photograph on location with our video team

- A portfolio with social content
- Experience with video and photography
- A feel for brand and tone of voice
What you do
- You set up campaigns and optimize them for results
- You report clearly to customers what their money delivers
- You help make the ad agent in the OS smarter

- Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- You love numbers and people
- Certifications are a plus
What you do
- You build new parts of the OS
- You connect systems such as Odoo, Salesforce and social channels
- You make sure the OS stays fast and secure as it grows
